“The Art of Blending”, two-day seminar, held in Kalamata on 25 and 26, January 2015.

Participants were trained by the widely known Italian sommelier, Dr. Antonio G. Lauro and the Australian Professor of Chemistry, specialized in blending , Dr. Richard Gawel.
